Where to begin, this month has been so busy for all of us. To begin, the boys are so excited to leave this Saturday for Florida. We will be staying at a Disney Resort at Saratoga Springs in a tree house. We can't wait. We listened to our Clasic Disney Cd's this weekend to heighten the excitement to even another level. We will be visiting the Magic Kingdom and MGM Studios. Marc and Grayson are going to Universal Studios so Grayson can meet all his favorite super heroes and see where they live. We will also be joining the cast of Mickey for breakfast early Monday morning!! I am just as excited as the boys and yes, we get to spend these magic moments with Grandpa and Grandma also!! What fun!!!
Grayson has been busy in his class. They had a Hawaiian play that was extremely cute. Followed by a Hawaiian party. They also had an Easter party this past month. Grayson and his classmates had a ,'Save the Manatee' walk today. Tomorrow they celebrate Earth Day by planting flowers as we did here at our house also. I was also able to accompany him on a class field trip to 'Richie Woods'. While there, we got to dig with nets in the swamp!!! Grayson graduates from preschool next month also. I have heard from other moms that the school has a wonderful ceremony. Last week we had Kindergarten Roundup! Grayson met all the Kindergarten teachers and saw the class rooms. He also rode on a school bus! Wow, what a busy 5 yr old...right. When we return from Florida, he will start baseball. He is doing coaches pitch.
Rogan is doing wonderful also and growing too fast for me. He can say over 100 words... at least. He says three to four word sentences, runs a lot gallops and skips, all those fun things boys like to do. He also enjoys eating tooth paste so we've had to store them all out of his reach. He is obsessed with lotion also and having his hair done. When Grayson leaves for school, he feels he must go on a trip also. We still have our weekly trips to the library, the boys just love it. Rogan is also over the top with going to the pool!! He loves the pool at the YMCA and it is drama getting him to leave the pool, to say the least. A battle it is! We took the boys for an Easter Egg hunt at the YMCA in the pool. It was so much fun. Afterwards, they enjoyed snacks, games and a bounce house. Rogan has become so independent and wants to do every thing all by him self! He has found his freedom and is loving it.
The boys enjoyed Easter. Only my sons would want tooth brushes and tooth paste. Grayson is into Lego's these days and these miniature wrestling guys and what ever Grayson likes, so does Rogan. Rogan pretended to call the Easter Bunny and thank him for his new tooth brush and paste. He has good manners. We also went to Grandpa and Grandma's for Easter Dinner and another egg hunt. My boys love to hunt for eggs, who doesn't! I made the boys a bunny cake just like my mom did for us when we were little. Gotta keep those traditions going!! We also visited the Children's Museum with Grandma last week and Grayson brought his friend Sam. We all had a great time! Bumble Bee was there from Transformers! Wow, they also have a lot of great costumes on exhibit, from Star Wars to Spider Man just to name a few and yes, ICarley. Grayson loves that show. We also celebrated my sister's 3oth birthday, that means I am getting really old! We had cake so that made Rogan's day, he is all about the cake and any thing sweet! Watch Out!!!
We have been loving Spring from the warm weather to rain and sunshine, to the birds and flowers blooming. Hope Easter was a special one. We will have lots of fun adventures from Florida to share with all of you very soon!
