I knew this was for me Grandpa!
We have been enjoying this nice weather, getting to play out side. The saddest part of it all is that we haven't even had our winter yet! I am sure we shall pay for all this lovely sun shine and warm temperatures! We have even gotten to take bike rides. In a few weeks, Grayson will begin soccer! We all can't wait. It is so much fun for the entire family. I still can't believe how big Grayson has gotten! When I fold his pants, they go more than half way down my leg! How can this be! As for Rogan, he will be 3 in a month! The same age Grayson was when he was born!
Please give me that cake!

On Sunday, we went to my parents house to celebrate Grandpa's birthday! What a fun time. Naturally, there was cake! My boys love cake and that Rogan, well watch out whenever cake is around! Dinner was so yummy, steaks on the grill. Our boys even enjoy eating steak. Grandpa made the steaks on the grill since the weather was extremely nice for January. Grandma made our favorite bean dip! What fun we all had. The boys certainly love going to visit their Grandparents!

Rogan loves the most famous mouse around...Mickey!!! He has told me over and over for the last three months, "I want Mickey cake cups for my birthday!" So we shall be honoring the birthday boy with a Mickey party! The other evening we got on the computer on 'Disney Junior' and they sang 'Happy Birthday' over and over and he just loved it! He made me replay it while he danced. I would say, he is pumped up and ready for the occasion! I thought he was going to take Grandpa's cake away from him. Rogan certainly thought the candles were for him to blow out on Sunday, not Grandpa!
As I blog about them every month and recount the memories, I hope when they are old enough to read this, they will see all the special memories we have created and how much we treasure them. I spent some time over Christmas break printing off their blog for keepsake as I often do, so they will each have a copy of their own. I hope this New Year brings even more love and happiness and good health to our family and to yours.
